Restaurants close to the Atlantis

We are staying at the Harborside the first week of June. What restaurants are within walking distance that are not on the Atlantis property. We really do not want to deal with cabs as there are 5 adults in our group. I have read all the negative comments about the new plan, so I am looking to see what outside options are out there.

We'll also be there first week in June and have done quite a bit of homework on this site. From a previous post "Restaurants", the following was the recommendations:

Atlantis Marina Village - Murray's Deli and Johnny Rockets are about the cheapest places to eat, and very kid friendly. Carmines, while it looks pricey, can actually be inexpensive if you do it right. Their portions are large and served family style, and you can share. There is a pizza shack next to Murrays, but a slice is $6 and a whole pizza is $30. You can also call Domino's and have them deliver a pizza. Outside Atlantis, accross from Comfort Suites is Anthony's Caribbean, as well as a Quizno's. At the nearby Hurricane Hole, (which is slated for demolition,) there is News Cafe and Zio Gigi, and behind the Hole is Green Parrott, HOWEVER, they may all be closed by the time you get there, if they are not closed already.

Another suggestion was to walk over the bridge to Outback.

You can also walk over the bridge to The Poop Deck, The (new) Green Parrot, Shugun, Luciano's if you want a good walk. Back on PI there's also The Blue Lagoon at Club Land Or, between the marina and the entrance to Harborside (wonderful) and Columbus Tavern.

Taxis are plentiful and relatively inexpensive. The bellman will be glad to call up a van for you. We were a group of 7 in March and taxied a lot.
