No. It's due to be demolished and Atlantis will build there.

Several posters have advised this is the next section of Harborside to be developed. I had been hoping for more restaurants.

Because Kerzner is looking to get rid of Atlantis, I thought I read that development of the old hurricane hole was delayed. Anyone hear any thing different?

We were told it was going to be Atlantis timeshares. Not Starwood timeshares, like Harborside, but Atlantis' own. Then, apparently they (Atlantis) decided on a different location. I think anything you hear now is probably speculation.

Kerzner doesn't want "locals" in Marina Village on the weekends so he removed parking options, plus he got rid of two restaurants that weren't his. For right now,the place is going to be green space. Not right that Bahmamians are treated this way in their own country.

Heading down to PI next week. Is the convenient store/gift shop next to Anthony's still there?

puravida, is that fact or speculation?? there's still other parking on the island...plus locals can always get a cab or walk over. it's not like hurricane hole had THAT much parking to begin with... actually, i think the parking behind anthony's plaza is probably closer and more ample than what was over at hurricane hole. sorry, if it's fact, yes, it's awful that it's his reasoning, but i just question it...
