Vegetarian food, kitchen needed - help pls

Hello, we r planning on a trip to bahamas this year and have following questions:

1. We r vegetarians and we have a 3 yr old, so we r looking for a resort that has a kitchen or allows a electric fry pan etc. if there is a resort with a kitchen then is there is a market in the town where they sell groceries like spinach, tomatoes etc

2. We have a small budget of less than 2500 including air fare for 3, so I am not sure if the resorts are right choice, any other options like timeshare etc if so where can I find some info?

3. Are summer months like aug, July too hot? Is feb or sep a better choice? We love beach so want to spend some time until sunset :-)

Thanks

Don't know of any RESORT that would allow an electric fry pan.. You'll need to book a condo/timeshare or private residence. Atlantis has the Reef or Harbourside if your interested, bu they are probably out of your budget. Or check vbro for private properties.

There are several markets in the area. EIther ask your taxi driver to stop on the way from the airport, or grab a cab once you arrive.

Check Sandyport or westwind II.. These are in nassau. not Paradise Island, but they are easier on your budget.

Summers are hot and humid.. some don't mind the heat.. some do. Most everything is air conditioned in the tourist area.. make sure your condo/apt is.

Sept is hurricane season.. can be a problem.. or not/\. February can be too cool for comfortable swimming.

Bring bug spray if your planning on being on the beach at sunset.
