It's been years but I used the services several times--not cheap but both times it worked well--once we had an older grandmother and another time a younger woman--they are trained and I believe cpr certified.

Don't forget about the kids club (Atlantis Kids Adventures). It's open at night for this purpose, but kids have to be 3 and potty trained, so its not a solution for little ones.

Does a parent have to be on-site at the Atlantis Kids Adventures for kids to participate? I would also want to get a babysitter but I heard it's very pricey $75 an hour with a minimum of 3 hours.

@SoInLoVe1899 - I think the sitters would be qualified and professional, and I'd do it :)

@JasNYCity - That $75 / hour had me saying OUCH. So, I just called Atlantis. The in-room babysitters are $25/hour and $35/hour after 10pm. There are no extra charges for more than one child, and there is no minimum number of hours for the sitter.

The Atlantis website says that there is, in fact, extra babysitting charges for more than one child. So three kids would be $45 per hour for us. The drop in few for AKA kids club is $25 per child per hour so $60.

Both seem very expensive but would be nice to have a night out and Kids club is appealing because the kids aren't shut up in the room all evening...anyone with younger kids, ours are 4, 7, 10, used these services recently?
