Marinas in Nassau

We are looking to buy a small boat (23 to 27 feet) for fishing and diving and leaving it at a marina somewhere in Nassau, preferably closer to Paradise Island.

Anyone have any experiences with any Marinas that will dry dock a boat when we're not there and put it in the water when we are there?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

I had the same idea. It's a good one. Save's a lot of hotel room $$$'s. Considering there's not much of a winter down there compared to up here, I would guess that drydocking is not a very common activity.

I'd rather dry dock it on a rack and indoors while not in use. Don't really want to leave it in the water full time if we're not down there. Up here in NJ, we leave our boat in the water all season and dry dock/winterize it from November to April.

Thanks for the reply.

If anyone one else has any experiences with Marinas down in Nassau, please chime in. Thanks. Any help would be appreciated.

Send a PM to Suzybro. She has been living on her private boat docked at one of the Marinas on Paradise Island for the past several months. Maybe she can help you.
