Any threat or sign of this virus in the Bahamas? How bad are mosquitos in the Atlantis?

According to this article, not yet.

In the rainy season, from late May to the end of October, mosqitoes are more prevalent in the Bahamas. There are not many fresh water bodies on Paradise Island that could be breeding grounds for mosquitoes. In past years, the Government has sprayed the island to control mosquito populations when there was a Dengue Fever outbreak in 2011.

During my 11 visits there in early May and November, I've only seen 2 mosquitoes on those one week stays.
