Pat & Diane's Tours do a snorkeling trip on Fantasia out to Peterson Cay, so does Grand Bahama Nature Tours - the smallest national park in the Bahamas. Other than that, you can drive out to East End, hire a boat at McLean's Town and go to Lightbourne Cay, Sweetings Cay, or Deep Water Cay. You can also take Pinder's Ferry Service over to Abaco - you'll want to spend the night there though. For more money, you can go to Lightbourne Cay with Smiling Pat's Adventures and make a native day out of it, or you can go with Capt AJ at Exotic Adventures to Bimini or Abaco, but this is best for big groups - it's very expensive. There is also air shuttle service with Sky Bahamas to some of the other islands. That's about all that is accessible from Grand Bahama.
