were are the best places to visit &looking for good weather

Please can someone advise me, we normally go to Asia in Nov or Dec every year and are thinking about travelling to Mexico for 3 weeks on 5 Nov and will book a flight only as we are looking to travel around, we would like to know where the best places are to visit to relax and chill out and would like some hot weather, the websites all seem to have conflicting information and its a little confusing

we are concerned that weather may not be very good and looking for best costal areas to go to (not cancun) not looking for real touristy places

November is dry pretty much anywhere in Mexico and temperatures range from the hot on the coast to the pleasantly/averagely warm inland where it is higher. It's actually quite a good time to visit as the rainy season has just finished so everything is nice and green (but without the rain!).

Generally the beach/coastal destinations only offer beach activities. If you want things more cultural such as museums, churches, shady plazas and outdoor cafés then you have to go more inland. If you are into pyramids and ruins that can be combined with the beach in the Yucatan which has Chichen Itze, coba, Tulum ruins with the beach areas of Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Isla Mujeres, etc. Within 3 weeks you could of course combine beach time with one or more of the colonial cities for some variety.
