Paradise Village resort Nuevo Vallarta

Just to want to know if someone was there recently. The last time we were there, the beach was not good, the water was brown and not clean. The resort was good, but if you want to enjoy the beach and not the pool, this is very impotent .Thank you

You would probably have better answers if you post on the Nuevo Vallarta forum since this is a generic Mexico forum.

Water quality depends on the time of the year. During the summer it rains more and runoff from the surrounding mountains drain into the bay and stir up sediment. For more clear blue water you will want to head 20 minutes south or north from Puerto Vallarta centro. The river that flows through the center of town and dumps into the bay tends to lesson the water quality in the center. Punta Negra is a great beach with clear blue waters where you can watch the fish swimming around your ankles, big for snorkeling too. It's a 15 minute drive south from centro, great condos to rent there too.
