Where was the best rate to exchange US dollars to pesos? A bank, ATM, or casa de cambio?

Most places accept dollars, but few places accept credit cards. There are 2 ATM machines in town.

When I travel to Todos Santos, I usually bring enough cash to 1) pay for my rental car (Dominic takes US dollars), and 2) pay for a taxi back from the airport back home. I never carry enough to warrant exchanging dollars for pesos. Most restaurants and gift shops in town do seem to take credit cards; and I withdraw pesos from one of the two ATMs in town for the rest.
