You posted this same question on October 20.

I really don't think you are going to get any diferrent replies now.

The only AL hotels are in the Golden Zone areas.

Not so, obviously. The RIU is completely A.I., plus there are several hotels with A.I. plans.

I agree. We booked at the Royal Villas, and the European Plan was MORE than the AI plan. You would have to be a fool to pay more for less, at least in my books.

Per previous suggestion by someone, you would happy at Casa de Leyendas, jsut a great place then you could have their breakfast and other meals can be had at their new restaurnat or many places nearby. Prices around there are great, AI would not be missed by you I think. Even the Olas Altas Steakhouse has a $100 peso dinner menu, somethiing like that (hope they still do!) View and great steaks.

Even "in town" isn't far away. If youlike "time at home" there at C de L, you could get food to go at places and *think* you could walk back and take it in without problem. Just a great area as you know, that's why you want to be there! I think its your bes bet, and never heard a bad report for sure!! like they say, 'just do it'. If you wish that is..... :) Have fun.

yes, you are correct, there are some AI... but I've yet to talk to anyone that has done AI two or more times in Mazatlan. I think the majority of folks will say that is a part of what makes Mazatlan special. All the great inexpensive resturants.
