Hello! We are headed down to Mazatlan and planning on doing some fishing one day. I've seen little comments about people taking their fish to the restaurant to have them cook it up for them. Is this general practice? Sounds like a great idea to me. Do they generally have a set price for preparing the fish, or how does the cost play in to things? Also, what is the best way to transport fish back into the US? We are flying - not cruise ship. I'm pretty excited about the idea of having a nice fillet at home while going through our vacation photos!
