Between Feb. 1-28th, we have sent several e-mails and made numerous attempts to call this timeshare. We own 2 weeks and have been unable to get a response from reservations, client services or accounting. Our phone attempts reach a "busy" signal, or after an initial contact, are disconnected. However, our Visa transaction to pay our maintenance fees was miraculously completed in the same day it was faxed! We are very concerned about the viability of this timeshare. We have never had a problem in the past 17 years, but we are concerned that the worldwide economic problems may be affecting this resort. Has anyone else had issues in the past 6 weeks?
