Mayan Palace Master Room

I own a timeshare at the Mayan Palace. I own a master room but management will not allow me , my wife, and two adult age children stay in this same room. The room has 2 double beds. The website www.mayanpalace.com.mx says the accomodations of a master room" are ideal for a family of four or two couples traveling together."

Anyone else have any problems?

That stinks. I've not stayed at the PV Mayan Palace but have traded an RCI wk at the one on the playa del carmen side. Not sure if they are owned by the same overall company but our room was plenty big for 4 adults. We had no problems booking that way. Good luck.
