Fish & chips at Que?Pasa.

Que?Pasa has just added Friday all-you-can-eat fish & chips, priced at 100 pesos.

Here's a link to recent announcement from Michael:

Yum .. we have enjoyed severl fish & chip dinners there over past trips. If you find yourself in town, and wondering where to go on a Friday ... this sounds like the 'real' deal!!

Cheers!!

I've had their yummy fish and chips after a cantina crawl and it was a generous amount of food at the regular price.

Fridays was always F&C night, just not all you can eat. That's the new feature.

We've always found the regular fish & chips to be just fine for us as well.

Eat At David's does a similar thing on Fridays ... their fish & chips special night ... they offer their fish & chips at two prices -- the lower-priced regular dish, or the higher-priced all-you-can-eat. They use tilapia as the fish (or did). I believe Que?Pasa uses basa (or did).

Both are great choices for fish & chips in the south side of Vallarta - the two best, imho.

We have tried the Fish and Chips at Que Pasa and they were pretty good. But we think they Fish and Chips at Joe Jacks are "a little bit gooder!" Either way you cannot go wrong.

Hope Joe Jacks have improved, I have tried twice, some time ago, wasn't impressed, but I come from the World's Fish&Chips country. Grew up with it. :)

Have never been overly impressed with the Fish and Chips in JRs home country (although we will give them the credit for inventing the stuff). The best we have ever had was in a small town in New Zealand. And there is nothing wrong with the offering at Que Pasa....but we just prefer the taste (think spices) of the batter used at Joe Jacks. From the lines that form at Joe Jacks on their Fish and Chip night one can surmise that there are plenty of others who agree
