Heh, they look like our "loonies" ($1 coins) and "toonies" ($2 coins) ... and suspect they'll feel as heavy as well!! :-)

even us locals have trouble with the one two even five pesos coins

now we have the ten and twenty pesos to worry about

I realize they were minted to celebrate 100 years of Mexico’s armed forces, but I think the '100' on one side of them will confuse some folks, especially "After a night on the town" ~ LOL

I got one in Mexico City in January. Had to look at it a few times beore it finally dawned on me it was a 20 peso coin and I don't drink. Lol

It is likely made in Winnipeg. The Mint manufactures coinage for many countries, including the US and Mexico.
