Daquiri Dick's does a version served in a wonton cooked like a square plate (small 2 inches x 2 inches) - sliced peppers, green onions and slivered ginger.

For sure worth trying.

I've only had it once... I tryed it at El Colera. I didn't like it, and it was only Shrimp, so might have liked it more if it had the peppers, green onions and ginger or some of the other things shown in Johnny's photos.

Something about the texture was not nice to me, but I have no idea if El Colera's Aguachile is thought to be a good example.

The one served at Le Bistro was in a big round goblet with lots of liquid (lime juice or?) big chunks of shrimp, a few shreds of veggies and did not look tasty at all. My friend said he would not order it again.
