The Sante Fe mall is the biggest but it's way out west. Probably 45 minutes to an hour by cab from the center (cost around 150 pesos). Of course you'd find the same stuff in Phoenix for a lot less.......

The Antara mall on Ejercito Nacional at Moliere is meant to be an upscale mall. A lot of the Masaryk shops have stores there as well. Still cheaper to buy in the U.S. where you also get more variety

San Angel near the Frida Kahlo/Diego Rivera studio there were some upscale stores. Also, the Saturday market in San Angel (Bazaar Sabado) has some high end crafts and art - depending on your taste. There is also some great - funkier shopping - in Roma/Condesa. Its not Max Mara, Vuitton type of shopping - more trendier, younger stuff.
