San Cristobel de casas to Tuxtla Guterriez

What options besides the bus are there between scdc and Tuxtla? I have a flight from Tg to Mexico City at 12.40 but the only bus I can get is at 5am. Any help appreciated lots. Thanks

What makes this the only bus you can get? Checking the Schedules at http://www.ado.com.mx/, there are numerous buses that leave in the morning going along this route.

There are limited buses to TGZ, which is out in the middle of nowhere. There are plenty of buses to the city of Tuxtla Gutierrez. I assume the original poster is talking about the airport, TGZ.

Other than the early bus, you can pay a cab. It's something like $500 pesos.

Thanks all. Yes buses are few but have discovered Occ vans that go regularly for around 170 pesos. Cheers.

Are these OCC vans at the airport...and if so do you pay for them at the taxi window at the airport?

There's an OCC booth among the car rental companies.
