When I think Christmas, I think candy canes, chocolate, nuts.

So something with peppermint and frangelico and kahlua... hot or cold?

I think hot...of course it is Mexico so maybe frozen. So add ice and blend.

Maybe alittle half and half to make it creamy.

My very question once I get to Beach Palace tomorrow at 3 p.m. I love peppermint and kahlua. Please keep suggestions going. I like the drinks but never have a clue what to drink.

Euphoria Martini

1 oz vanilla vodka

3/4 oz white creme de cacao

1/4 oz Kahlua

2 oz milk (I use homogenized whole milk but a lower fat content milk would work too)

cinnamon

Shake first four ingredients over ice and strain into martini glass. Sprinkle

a LITTLE cinnamon on top (not too much!).

Enjoy!

Between the Sheets

1 part cointreau or grand marnier

1 part brandy

1 part rum

2 parts freshly squeezed lime juice

Mix the above ingredients together and serve in a martini glass. Decorate with a twist of lime or orange peel and drop a few tangerine segments into the glass.

@lisa, that sounds awesome! Think they can make that at Beach Palace or would I have to tell them how?

I don't know what you have tasted so it's hard to answer but I suspect you've not tasted this one;

Tremblement de Terre (or "Earthquake") - 3 parts Absinthe 3 parts Cognac.

If that doesn't blow your head off and have you singing carols on the beach then I doubt there's much that will!
