Transfers going home

I have roundtrip transfers (through Expedia) from the Grand Oasis. How do you set up your pick up time for the flight home. I don't want them to run late and then us miss the flight. Anyone familiar with this

They will tell you what time they'll be there when they leave you off.

If it is with Expedia, it is probably Best Day. They will tell you that you have to meet with them (usually) the next day, to verify your transfer home. They are supposed to be your "contact person" at the resort and to give you advice and information on the resort. When you go to meet up with them, they will most likely try to sell you excursions through their company, and then tell you to check the day before you leave for an exact pick up time. If you aren't interested in the excursions, just tell them you want the pick up time so you can get on with your vacation.

We no longer use the provided transfer service. We book private transfers for just a few $ more than we were paying for shared transfers. You might want to look into that.
