Class action lawsuit?

First of all, I am not a lawyer. But, I was wondering if there is a lawsuit against the Reef Regency Club and/or Trans Air World Corp for membership fees lost and /or monies not paid by vendors?

I would like to find out if there are any members involved with a lawsuit against the Reef Club/Sabor as we were just there Aug 2011 to find out it had changed and kids weren't allowed. The place was run down and not maintained (we pay a yearly maintenance fee) and3/4 of the hotel was out of bounds for children. There was no notification whatsoever and we ended up staying at another hotel with at an extra expense. The management did nothing but reimburse very reluctantly a 500 dollar booking fee and told us the members were going to be contacted via email to correct the problems. We have heard nothing. We purchased points six years ago for the whole hotel not the 1/4 made available now. If there is anyone else out there we would gladly join your ranks and see this scamming hotel and it's owners in court. Ron and Lori

We don't know anything here. Info from the Timeshare Users Group (TUG) bulletin board:

Regency Club/Reef Club members can get more information on the private Regency Club member Board (registration is required): http://reefmember.proboards.com/index.cgi
