How does one add to the top questions page

I peruse many of the other Coz forums and misc blogs and many of them have links to very worthy charitable organizations. I am not a computer genius. So if somebody could tell me how or do it themselves I think it would be a great addition

Pedro, First, set down your beer.

Second,scroll to the bottom of Top Questions about Cozu..."

click on "edit top questions"

then follow the steps to create a title, add a url, etc.

I'm not sure but I think this can be done through a DE only. If so, perhaps let Wineott know your tip, suggestion or whatever.
