Another Chicago Non Stop

In addition to the AA and United non stops on Saturday, I have been seeing a Untited non stop on Sundays starting March 9th. Also sonebody had posted Aeromexico was doing one as well.

Sounds like another weekend trip is in store! Got to love those direct flights. We have seasonal direct into Cancun but I'd rather connect in Atlanta or Charlotte than do the bag drag.

Now, if we could just get a couple of other airlines to fly from DFW (when Sun Country isn't flying), it might give AA a little competition.

If you didn't see the information about the Aeromexico flight, it is here:

If things such as fare were the same, I would always choose Aeromexico vs. United.

Any idea how to book the AeroMexico flights on line? I cannot find a website that shows the flight yet.

AeroMexico should have it first but it does not appear there. You might want to call their US number 1 (800) 237 6639.

i have a question about traveling to Cozumel from Chicago.

We transfer in Dallas...will I go through customs at O'Hare...or in Dallas? I ask because I'm taking an American flight out of O'Hare at 6:35 and international travel suggestion is arrival of three hours prior...please...please tell me I don't have to be there at 3:35 am....someone please!!!!!

I'm thinking we'll be safe with two hours early, but figured this would be the best place to ask.

first of all, United States customs takes place on the way home and will be in Dallas if that is your first stop in the USA..you will go thru Mexican customs upon arrival in Coz...none of that is relevant, as far as i can see, to leaving chicago at 6:30 am...if it was me i would be at least 2 and a half hours early

Thanks Craigmom, I understand my confusion now...not sure what I was thinking....

would still like some input from some seasoned O'hare travelers on arrival time. No offense...but it's an entirely different animal there compared to other airports.

Don't get there at 335. We always take the 6 am flight and get there around 415-430 with our preprinted boarding passes. We use the self check in baggage kiosk too. Security doesn't even open until 430ish so you would be twiddling your thumbs for an hour if you were 3 hours early. I almost always fly American to Coz as well.
