Sure there are flights from Vegas to Cozumel. And I think the best place to stay is Cozumel Palace, so much so, that Im returning there again in April :)

You can also fly into Cancun and take the Mayair plane to Cozumel or use the bus or private service to Playa del Carmen then over to Cozumel

First choice and Thomson used to have flights but usually part of a package deal. Thomson had flights to Cancun. Then, as coPilot says, it is easy to get to Cozumel, either on Mayair, a small plane, 15 minutes flying time and a goregeous view, or by ferry from Playa del Carmen.

It is worth it!!!

Virgin Atlantic flies nonstop from Gatwick to Cancun. Once there, you can easily get to Cozumel using one of the methods mentioned above.
