June should be more families than college kids

You should be OK if you go in June. The college kids are all working by then. Also, college kids tend to frequent the less expensive resorts and not the 4 and 5 star ones, so there are few college-age kids at these resorts either during spring break or over the summer.

I don't think spring break starts until late March and runs through mid-April, so you should miss it if you go in February.
