Lets stalk the Storms, shall we?

We know by now that Tropical Storm Isaac is nowhere (nor is going to be) near Mexico. Lets just hope everyone on its path stays safe.

And before anybody asks about Tropical Depression Ten, nicely forming in the Atlantic (also NOWHERE near us), check its location and course here:

weather.com/weather/hurricanecentral/tracker

Go crazy with all the storms/depressions/systems (active and inactive) by changing the name on the top left corner of the graph and see their paths. I think this is a neat tool.

Hopefully this gives a bit of reassurance to those panicking right now.

I booked during hurricane season because now is when I can go, so there is no point in being stressed out by it. That's the decision we made, well knowing that a storm could hit... I just track these sites to see how many books/movies I have to pack for a less-sunny day :)

True.

In fact, the website I posted uses information provided by the National Hurricane Centre (link provided by Lisa!).

I just thought the Tracker is a more user friendly tool... less technical :)
