Would a skinny 12 year old be allowed to ride the ziplines at Xplor? After all, we do have to pay the full price... She is only 80 pounds

Children weighing less than 88 lbs have to double up. Best to do this with an adult. Combined weight should not be more than 300 lbs. Two adults should not double up if their weight exceeds 300 lbs. They have automatic brakes and if you are over the weight limit I sense doom. To light and they will have to go out and retrieve you.

She's pretty close, maybe they will let her ride the 1st one by herself to see if she has any trouble.

It's a lot of fun and they will try to accommodate you, but safety comes first.

She will probably be able to go on most zip lines by herself. It depends on steepness of lines and wind conditions. This is what I was told as I have same issue. Daughter is tall enough but only 82 lbs. if concerned check selvatica.
