We've stayed at Nueva Vida twivce for a week each. Light breakfast was included, and we did lunches & dinners at a variety of places. The ultra low-end for cost was take-out roasted chicken from Pollo Bronco in town: $3US for a 1/4 chicken, some tortillas, cabbage slaw and hot sauce. VERY good, and very cheap.

Typical lunches for us at the beach restaurants was in the $8-15pp range ($US), not including drinks. Dinners ranged widely, most in the $10-25pp range. (~$10pp for a nice pizza at OM, to ~$12-18pp for a more upscale entre at La Zebra, Casa Violeta, S&S, etc.. with apps typically ~$6-12 each)
