Honeymoon advice!

Hi! We are trying to figure out where to go for our honeymoon which will be the last few days in July into the first week of August (yes we procrastinated in order to figure out budget). We are looking into Puerto Vallearta and Tulum. I was looking at weather averages and noticed August is a rainy month and is one of the worst months to visit as far as weather goes. Has anyone been there this time of year? What would you recommend doing? Thank you SO much!

August is a humid / hot month, no question

Good for you to look at weather averages

On average, you may get a daily intense rain (thunder) storm

You may get 1-2 days of cloudy weather

Every 4-6 weeks you may get a depression which will give you 3-5 days of 'unsettled weather'

We usually go in Aug and have a nice time. Only once we had to stay in Valladolid because of a hurricane.

We went to PV many years ago. Didn't care for the beach or water.
