The properties on Solmar Beach would work! Playa Grande, Finisterra.........I love Solmar, but they have construction........no a swimming beach though.

The Marina Fiesta is in a great location for all you mention. It isnt as fancy as the bigger resorts but has a spa, a gym, decent food and bar. Right close to town and Medano as well.

All the hotels along the first part of Medano Beach are a 10 mins. walk to the Marina, 15 mins. walk into town.

Or in the other direction facing the Pacific, like Solmar, TerraSol, or Finistera.

Playa Grande and Solmar are about a 7 minute walk to the marina. Right at the bottom of the hill leading into Playa Grande and Solmar is the flea market at the end of the marina.
