Catalonia Free Room Service?

Does anyone know if the room service is included at the Catalonia. Or do you have to be "privileged" to get it free?

Hmmmm. I'll be there in 2 weeks for my 8th time. Unless something has changed, there is NO room service at the CAT.

I do believe it is "Privilege" only for room service. We didn't use it though... But it IS there now Joken07!

PS, be sure to check out "My Office" at the Margarita Bar when your there & say Hola to everyone for me!

Wow, as I said, unless something has changed.

Pablo, I will diffidently say Hola from you to all our amigos. Although you were just there.

So, is there anything else I don't know about the privileged as we are again booked privl. I know new furnishings, Pure Chill out bar, private/roped off area beach area and now room service? Also, is Heather now longer there and should I send Jackeline an email? We also stay in privl. room 8202 but I heard that is now a family suite. I was actually going to PM you and ask that and what building is the suites closest to the beach?

WooHoo 14 days from today I will be at the CAT.

Just back 3 weeks ago. Also free for Priv. and Repeat Custumers...as we were called....is the Italian Restaurant is an a la carte for Breakfast and Lunch...though we never tried it. I assumed you only need to show your band...as far as I understood it did not count as one of your a la carte tickets...though I could be wrong on that part. Enjoy the Cat...sure wish I was going again..lol

I'm staying at CAT as we speak and the room service is for privileged only, but it has a very limited selection after 11 pm. Also, the breakfasts must be ordered the day before, for delivery at a specific time.

Yes Kitley, that's correct the Italian is open for Breakfast AND lunch à la carte. It was quite nice actually. We used it for breakfast once, but lunch several times. It is NOT Italian menu though. Lunch has HOT wings, Club sandwich, California Rolls, Caesar salad, etc, a nice mix. Also has a BEAUTIFUL view & is nice & quiet. And yes for Privilege Only, & doesn't count as an à la carte.

Quick question as I'm just looking at booking the Catalonia Yucatan - which Catalonia property is this about? I was questioning whether it was worth upgrading to Privilege and now it looks like it very well might be - considering it's less than $150 a person more for the week - there's lot of inclusions if you count room service, special restaurants, roped off beach area, and more!
