Do they give you beach towels to use by the pool?

Yes - they provide you with beach towels. You are given a card that you trade for a towel and then get card back at end of day when you trun your towel in. Must turn in cards on departure along with door and safe keys or could get expensive. Found some of the towels were not that clean. Can`t imagine that they are washed every night. May just take our own next time if luggage weight allows.

Best towell system and service we have seen during our many trips to Mexico.

You can get towells from 8 am to 8 pm and they never run out.

Don't think it is justified to take your own at eh 20 per kilo overweight charge.

No need to turn the towel in and get the card back at the end of the day, just switch for a clean towel to use the next day.
