HELP! Banff to Whitefish- Which border crossing shorter?

I will be returning tomorrow to Kalispell Airport from Banff National Park. I took the Carway Border crossing on my way up north to Banff and the traffic to US seemed like a long wait!! Any other route suggested to make the trip and border wait shorter? How about Roseville Border? I have a 8 month old baby and a long wait will not be tolerable for her.

those two crossings are where the us tends to train new agents and my experience they can be more 'thorough' than other major crossings. I've never seen long long lines so I'd think they'd both be pretty equal time wise.

Whenever I have crossed the border, I have preferred going through Caraway because it has been faster than the other major crossings. Maybe it was just that one day there was a long lineup? You could check the wait times for some of the crossings on the Customs and Border Patrol website.

so let me get this straight, you are travelling for 6+ hrs to get to Kalispell and you are concerned about maybe an extra 20 minutes at the border???
