Your weight per package is well within the 100lb limit (75lb in the East) www.shipgreyhound.ca/en/faq/#packages_1

Greyhound's south Edm office is fairly non-descript looking. It's on the left side as you travel south on Calgary Trail. There's a bit of free parking right there in their lot.

As you may know, Greyhound's downtown terminal has metered street parking.

Here's Greyhound baggage restrictions (for bags going WITH you) from their website:

"Two pieces of baggage and one carry-on are checked free of charge for adults. All carry-ons are required to fit under the seat or in the overhead compartment and may not exceed nine (9) inches high by sixteen (16) inches wide by twenty (20) inches in length. Baggage may be insured for $100 total per passenger ticket. Any pieces with a declared value greater than $100 must be shipped through GCX.

A single piece of checked baggage must not exceed the following size: 24 inches by 24 inches by 45 inches (24" x 24" x 45").

Exceptions to this size limit include the following items: Skis and Ski Poles must be packed in wood, canvas or other substantial container, and securely fastened. Snowboards, wheelchairs and infant paraphernalia including car seats and strollers are also accepted.

When carrying two pieces of luggage, they may not exceed fifty (50) pounds per bag or will be subject to overweight baggage charges. When carrying one piece, it may not exceed seventy-five (75) pounds.

Acceptable Types of Baggage

In general, acceptable baggage includes suitcases, duffel bags, toolboxes, trunks, backpacks and securely tied cardboard boxes. A plastic and/or a paper bag are not acceptable as checked baggage. Shipping containers are available for a nominal fee at many terminals."
