Kelowna 2014 Victoria Day week-end group accommodation?

A small group (8-10) senior hikers seeks a 3-bedroom self-catering suite (or cabin, cottage etc.) May 16-19 in Kelowna to hike, wine tour, sightsee etc. Several are single so we'd appreciate as many beds as possible! Many thanks for your ideas.

Hi Anderw, welcome to the forum ~

Some places you could research while you're waiting for suggestions are up in the Hotels tab in the green menu bar. Here is the link to the Vacation Rentals section:

tripadvisor.com/VacationRentals-g154933-Revi…

And here is VRBO (Vacation Rentals By Owners) opened to the Kelowna page:

Check out the Borgata Lodge at Quail Ridge. By the airport and 20 minutes to downtown. Not a cabin or cottage but might suit your needs.

Hello,

Taylor here from Tourism Kelowna!

I would suggest looking into Beaver Lake Resort. It is located just outside of Kelowna in the Lake Country area. They have over 22 cabins/cottages, some rustic, some with indoor plumbing. Another option would be to check some of the camping facilities in Kelowna as some have cabins on their property.

If you are looking for something a little closer to Okanagan Lake, check out the Lake Okanagan Resort. Closer to the city but easy access to hiking trails in West Kelowna.

As for hiking and wine tours, there are plenty of options in Lake Country, Kelowna, and West Kelowna. Did you have any in mind?

Thank-you,

Taylor
