Need two bedrooms, one queen, two singles. Anyone?

Hi,

Hoping someone out there can help. I use TA all the time to book our holidays and we do quite a bit of travelling. Im finding that accommodation in Vancouver is quite unusual. If you try to get a two bedroom suite or condo they all seem to come with two queen beds!

We are two parents two teenage daughters who obviously want their own bed to sleep in at the end of the day.

Does anyone know of accommodation in the downtown area (or anywhere else you would suggest) that would have a two bedroom suite or condo with the bedding configuration one queen or king and two single beds???? Would love breakfast as well but not a deal breaker. Up to around $400 canadian a night.

Thanks to all . . . . .

You might look at the three bedroom suite at 910 Beach.. ( used to be Meridian Suites). Good location on English bay and close to Granville Island

They also have two bedroom suites that have a sofa bed in LR and Queen in second bedroom

I found a 2 bd with a queen and 2 twin beds at Times Square Suites. I entered 4 adults and 0 children. It's the last on the display list - "large two bedroom."

It sounds as though you have browsed through the "Vancouver Hotels", then the tab "Specialty Accommodation" from the list down the left hand side of this page?

Check the 2 BR apts at La Grande Residence at the Sutton Place. I believe their king beds can be split into 2 twins.

I think the Landis Hotel does offer this setup. They have full kitchens too.

Carmana Plaza also has 2 bedrooms suites

Many hotels offer adjoining rooms, so you can easily get two rooms side by side with a connecting door in between.

The Cascadia Vancouver has adjoining rooms so you can get the setup you want. The rooms will have two queens each in them. Both rooms will have a kitchenette as well, and breakfast is included. You should be able to get those two rooms under your budget easily enough--for much less if you book outside of the summer season.
