Transportation from YVR to Club Intrawest/Sheraton

Hello,

I'll be arriving at YVR on Saturday around 10:30 p.m.

What is the quickest transportation option to this hotel, and what is the cheapest?

Thanks!

Cheapest is Canada Line, $7.50, 25 minutes, get off at Vancouver City Center station and walk 6 blocks.

Taxi, $30±, 30-35 minutes.

At 10pm, the taxi will be really fast to get you there. It would beat walking to, buying your ticket, waiting for the train, riding the train and then walking to your hotel from the station for sure. I would say it would be closer to 20-25mins door to door and be about $30.

Cheapest would obviously be the train as suggested and if you are concerned about the budget you can actually buy a pack of 10 faresavers at the 7-eleven in the airport (near domestic baggage claim). These packs are $21 (I think ) and allow you to avoid paying the airport $5 tourist tax they tack on for those who are not in the know. Therefore you could get to and from the airport for about $5 total and still have 8 transit passes to use or share on your trip as needed. Which is especially good for rainy days.
