Tax refunds for tourists?

Is there still a way to be reimbursed for the GST for goods and accommodations over $200? Or is this program no more? Dealing with the Canadian tax website is hurting my head and I seriously cannot figure out if this program still exists. I'd greatly appreciate any advice from seasoned Canadian travelers.
