One full day in Vancouver

Hello everyone,

My apologies for the short notice, but we land in Vancouver at 7AM tomorrow and have until about 5PM to experience your city. We will have a vehicle to get around and are looking for family friendly options (have children aged 4 and 7). Looking for something more outdoorsy and a decent place to grab bfast and lunch. Any suggestions?

the car will be a nuisance possibly do thisif you absolutely are having the car.

Drive to the Sylvia hotel. have breakfast there. (pay for car parking for a good chunk of time). after breakfast walk down Denman st.. rent bikes.( there are some close to the Sylvia). do the Stanley park loop.. return bikes then take Aquabus ( water taxi ) to Granville Island.. explore there's a water park there.. have lunch here.. then take aquabus down to Science World.. explore.. Catch skytrain back to Canada place do the Fly Over Canada show ( haven't seen it yet have only read reviews) walk along the seawall back towards Stanley Park. Catch a bus back to your car at the Sylvia.. go to wherever you're staying for the night.
