October weather

We will be in Vancouver in transit for a few days right at the end of October. Please can anybody give me a rough idea of what sort of temperatures we can expect. Thanks

The above will give you an overvire of the weather data here. Oct 31st is Hallowe'en here and generally the little kids (and their parents) are bundled up, often as not in rain gear and parents shivering under umbrellas. Or if lucky, with rain gear and umbrellas in the backpack ready to go.

Currently it is the 21st of October (don't know when you are arriving) and we are having foggy mornings and sunny afternoons, with temps around 10C in the afternoon. There is no rain in the forecast until well after Halloween.

Vancouver’s rainiest months are November and December. Snowfall is rare in winter, but rain is the norm. Average November temperature is 7 degree Celsius. Pack heavy jackets, waterproof clothing, closed boots and the most important umbrella.
