Vancouver Trip Planner suggests return via Skytrain Canada Line to Waterfront and hopping bus to get to my hotel on Hornby. It list 3 possible places to catch a bus: W. Pender at Granville; W. 2nd Ave at Cambie; and Davie at Mainland St. Are any of these locations better than others for catching Sat night buses?
Get off at Yaletown/Roundhouse that's the Mainland and Davie stop, when you come out of the station, cross Mainland St and you will see a bus stop, you can wait for a community shuttle it is the C 21 or you can walk to Hornby Street which is only 5 blocks, easy walk and very safe. If you are going to do this before Sept 2 be aware that on Sat and Sun buses do not run on Granville, but detour via Howe St so if you get off at Waterfront Station, wait for a number 50 in front of the station or walk to Howe St south of Pender to get a bus or you can walk to Pender St and wait for a westbound 22 McDonald which will travel south along Burrard Street you can get off at whatever hundred block you need to and walk east one block to Hornby. Again the absolutely best bet is the Yaletown/Roundhouse stop.

63 reviews Le Soleil and the Wedgewood are on Hornby. Is one of those your hotel? Vancouver City Centre at Georgia and Granville is approx 450 metres to either one of those. I'd get off at VCC Station and to the 5 min walk.
