Theatre Show in Whistler over the Olympics

I got an email about this recently so thought I'd post it for those in Whistler Jan 22 to Feb. 28 2010

They are the only ticketed Cultural Olympiad event in Whistler.

It is a theatre construced of snow and ice at Lost Lake, that will house a theatre piece called NiX. NiX premiered last winter in Calgary to five star reviews.

there's a link at the bottom of this link to a picture gallery

Looks very interesting. When I was at the Ice Art Championships in Fairbanks last March, they did mention that the winners would be going to Vancouver for the olympics, so maybe this is it.

The only night I could do it is on a Sunday or Monday and since they don't operate Monday, Sunday would be it! I did ask them two questions and am waiting for a reply.

1) they said they will remind us "what to wear" and I would like that clarified before I buy (if just good warm winter clothing, fine, but if some sort of dress code, that would be good to know beforehand).

2) Will Call order page says you can cancel up to 12 hours before performance for no charge, but the terms and conditions page says no refunds, period. I could live with either, but I always clarify cancellation policies before I book anything.

If I get a reply to those questions I will post it here.
