Does anyone have a specific excercise program that they use to prepare for a ski trip? I have 4 months until my trip to Whistler. I currently do not do any type of workout. I know that anything will be better than nothing, and that cardio and leg focused excercises will work, but I was hoping that someone has a specific documented "training program" that I could follow. I'm hoping to be able to enjoy not only my first day of skiing, but also the third and fourth days!
