crossing into canada with a dui

My boyfriend and i will be going to Canada in Sept. He has a dui (from about 7 years ago) and i have been told that he may not be allowed into Canada because it is considered a felony. Does anyone have any suggestions? We are going up for a concert in London, then over to Niagara Falls...so we have a 5 day trip planned and will be pretty bummed if we can't make it in! Thanks!

Have you already looked through the official info on the Government of Canada web site? This page lists your options:
