Niagara Falls Parking

Hello all, recently booked a trip for Aug. 22 through 25 to Niagara Falls. Staying at Embassy Suites with 4 children from 14 to 6 years of age. I have monitored the parking tips of getting a players card for the casinos. I plan on dropping off the gang and checking in to the hotel and parking at the casino. I also plan on spending an evening donating more than the cost of any parking fees to the casino. My question is will they check your players card to see if you have played to waive any parking fees?

Thanks all and I have learned alot from the reviews on this site!

Yes; you must swipe your players card on exiting in your car from the Fallsview Casino.

I doubt they will let you park there for 3 days and only gamble for one day.

You will likely have to have gambled the day you leave the garage.

Maybe some other posters know more about this.

Something else to consider is that you will likely spend more in gambling than just paying for parking at the hotel.

Yep, bet some folks lose some big bucks in the casino-and a few win. What I don't get on the parking, say you park for 3 days and the first 2 days you play in the casino and lose IDK say $500 so on the very last day you do not go to the casino-that means you still have to pay for parking ? Not sure but you would think common sense would say no you need not to pay for parking.

What about those folks who get wiped out the night before and might not leave till the following day after they check out of the hotel, will or really how are they going to leave the garage without paying for parking.

When I get back in Niagara, I am going to try to get the run down on these new parking rules. This must play in the casino on the day you leave the garage for free does not make sense to me--then other stuff in Niagara did not either so nothing there would surprise me.

It makes sense to me, they are trying to prevent people from parking there for several days for free to avoid the parking fees at the hotels.

If they allowed people to park there for as long as they want but only gamble one of those days it would defeat the purpose.

I would suspect that you would have to gamble on the day you are planning on leaving the lot.

If you went to a busy restaurant to eat dinner or breakfast, I would doubt they would let you stay parked there for 3 days if you only ate there 1 day. They would likely tow your car.

Same idea...

So that means the people who spend $20 a day at the casino each day can park for free but the person who spent $500 can only park there for that day, great idea. Wounder what else beside cutting the tax refunds and now parking they can do to make the town more tourist friendly.

Well I do recall that VIP members can always park for free but whats the amount you need to spend to reach it, I thought it was $20,000 but the VPI garage had many cars in it, so I am not sure I am right about that $20,000.

I be there in Sept. and hopefully the new rules will be in writing.
