Marriot Fallsview Feb 8

I booked a room for 1 night on Feb 8, was wondering if they still charge u 4 parking in the winter? Also how does the parking work? Can I pay and then come back & park all that stay, or do I pay each time? I've also seen that if I gamble @ the Casino, I could park there free. How close is that to the hotel? What is a nice place to eat that is within walking distance of the hotel? And a nice place to have drinks? Again within walking distance of the hotel. How much is it to pay for parking down at Table Rock? Thanx

Parking is probably $15-$20 per day, so you can come and go as you like. However, the lots are off-site and you are shuttled back and forth. The casino is about a block away, but in order to park free, you will need to get a free Players Card and use the card (gamble) in the casino on the day that you exit the garage. There are several nice restaurants nearby. The Keg at Embassy Suites, A Cut Above Steakhouse at Sheraton Fallsview, Canyon Creek Chophouse, 17 Noir, Lotus Garden and Mama Mia's all at Fallsview Casino, and Copacabana Brazilian Steakhouse.

You won't need to use your car when leaving the Marriot to go to the fallsview casino. Just step out the back door and there is a sidewalk that takes you directly to the casino. Don't walk to it going out the front door of the Hotel. It takes longer and at night it isn't as safe. We found the buffet at the casino to be very nice. It has a large galleria. Also, if you want to travel around town then use the shuttle that the Marriot provides. It's free but you need to ask about it at the tourism desk for them to explain how it works.

I have to disagree with lardeneck.....Niagara is a very safe city.....by going out the front door, you will be walking on a main street, probably a five minute walk at most to get to the Casino...parking for table rock is $6CDN in the winter time..

you can go to Google earth and see just how close the casino and the Marriott are...
