The 6:00pm news on Global TV Toronto led with this story. Apparently, you can go to globaltv.com which has some instructions of what to do if you are in Canada.

If you have paid for your tickets by credit card, then check to see if you have travel insurance which will reimburse you some money. If you have booked through a TICO travel agent, then, it will take some time, but you will get your money back. However, booked on line...your money is gone.

Zoom has posted some info up on their site, please see this for potential refund/ alternate plans info. http://www.flyzoom.com/

Check with TICO if you did your booking through travel agent. http://www.tico.on.ca/consumers/compfund.html

Contact your credit card company if you booked with a credit card; you may have some insurance coverage built in to your card. If you purchased cancellation insurance, pull that paperwork out now.
