My husband and I are coming to Toronto for two nights in September. It's our first visit. I have some hotel rewards points to burn and wondered if you would be so kind to advise me on a hotel. We like upscale properties, but are well travelled and will use public transport to experience many neighborhoods and attractions in the city. We'll probably eat dim sum in Chinatown, visit Kensington or St. Lawrence markets, the ROM, and catch a show and/or go to Second City for our the evenings.
With that said, here are my options: two free nights at either Intercontinental hotel, one night at the Park Hyatt Park and we'll pay for the second night, two free nights at the Hyatt on King. There is a another option in the Fairmont which has a 120.00 a night rate currently that seems fair. We're leaning toward the IC Yorkville at the moment.
I'm open to other options as well, including different hotels if you feel they're appreciably better than the ones mentioned and worth paying full price for, so feel free to make suggestions. The help is greatly appreciated.
