Well there are a number of bars within walking distance of the Rogers Centre, all depends on what type of fare your in the mood for, Irish fare? Pub fare?? Steaks??? Mexican?? There's always sports bars too, with Wayne Gretzky's and Real Sports Bar and Grille being great choices. There's so much to do around the Rogers Centre that the "locals" don't necessarily congregate like many American stadiums. Many people if try have kids will go o rhe CN Tower which is right next door to the stadium. It's really about you and your interests.

We're assuming that you're referring to those who are actually attending the game. Because the Rogers Centre is in the heart of downtown it is not surrounded by parking, so there isn't a culture of tailgate partying like in a lot of American towns. Most people would grab a bite & drink nearby as tdsuperstar said, or just come straight from home.
